Our dealers ship USPS, offering Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and Ground Advantage.
Returns
If a dealer offers return privileges, contact him or her to arrange the return. We will refund your purchase when the dealer notifies us of satisfactory receipt of goods.
Dealers are required to accept returns at their expenses if they shipped the wrong item, or the item is not materially as described, and the buyer notifies the dealer within 72 hours of delivery, or within other time windows if mutual accomodation was made prior to the sale.
If other reasons are the cause of return, shipping costs are typically borne by the buyer, but your dealer may provide different arrangements.
Exchanges for items are not generally allowed unless the buyer and dealer have made other arrangements prior to the sale.
We encourage buyers and sellers to establish a working relationship during the presale period to avoid misunderstandings. All of our dealers want to earn your repeat business, and will normally accomodate their customers as much as possible.
