Northwood Glass Company

Harry Northwood (d. 1919) was the British-American founder of Northwood Glass Company which had two starts, one 1887 and the second in 1902. It was the latter where Northwood created the formula for carnival glass for which the company is famous. Its carnival glass eclipses the many other styles of glass made by the company which ceased operations in 1925.
