H P Sinclair & Company (American, 1904 - 1929) H. P. Sinclaire & Company was an American glass manufacturer founded in 1904 in Corning, New York, by Harry Powell Sinclaire. The company specialized in high-quality cut and engraved glass, renowned for its artistry and craftsmanship during the American Brilliant Period (1876–1917).

Designs often featured intricate oral, geometric, and figgural patterns. Despite its success, the company closed in 1929 due to declining demand for fine glassware.
