Barbara A. Wood

Barbara A. Wood (American, 1926 - 2023) was an artist best known for her treatment of womens' interests using expressive colors and solitary scenes. Her art career began at highly regarded New York City art schools, continued to southern California, and ended in Atlanta, Georgia. She produced a large corpus of lithographs, offset lithographs, and serigraphs, in addition to the paintings made famous by them.

She was internationally known as late 20th century contemporary style artist, her works found in the collections of museums, heads of state, and celebrities.
