An antique watercolor and graphite study of New York City's legendary Grand Central Station from the 1920s. The view is overhead with a focus on a corner of the building to the viewer's left of the clock, probably drawn and painted from the Hotel Commodore. The artist painted loosely, capturing the nearby skyscrapers, and sketching in 3 vehicles.

The painting appears unsigned, but has not been examined outside of the frame. Its previous owner thought well of it to invest in the quality matting and framing. Gold frame, cream/tan and puce matting.

Dimensions (inches)
Width: 34 1/4
Height: 23 3/4

Condition
Very Good - there is aging/pollution over the paint though not particularly noticeable from a distance. There is a small insect under the glass at the very bottom. There are 3 small smudges in the upper left.
